| Description: | Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Travel to customer’s location, reviewing electrical and building requirements and suggesting the system that will best meet the need. This can include digital, electrical and radio-frequency security monitoring devices and solutions, as well as placement and required connections of the systems and devices. Install the security product. This may involve ordering parts, equipment, software and devices. Test the equipment to ensure functionality and demonstrate proper usage for the customer. Diagnose and repair security system malfunctions. This may include replacing parts, devices, and software, as well as diagnosing possible electrical problems. Other related duties as assigned. |
