Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee user education on specific hardware and software needs.
Installs and configures new PC’s according to documented standards
Provide hardware and software support for all PC’s
Provide hardware and software support for all network and systems issues
Provide routine cleaning and maintenance items for all PC’s and printers.
Maintain, troubleshoot and order all employee office equipment and supplies across companies.
Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies
Assist in the implementation of new company systems and products across several companies.
Other duties as assigned. E.g. help maintain hardware inventory of all IT equipment, assist with onsite projects.

Hours: M-F 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: Pay will be negotiable depending on degree/certificates and/or experience.
