Gearheart Broadband – DataXL Usage Disclaimer
DataXL Lite (5,000 GB per Month)- DataXL Lite provides up to 5,000 GB (5 TB) of monthly broadband data usage. Monthly data usage is calculated based on total upload and download consumption during the customer’s billing cycle. If a customer approaches or exceeds the monthly DataXL Lite allowance, Gearheart Broadband reserves the right to notify the customer of high usage, recommend plan adjustments, or apply applicable data policies in accordance with Gearheart Broadband’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Actual data capacity and performance may vary based on network conditions, device capability, and usage behavior. Service availability, pricing, and plan features are subject to change.
DataXL Premium / “Unlimited” Data – DataXL Premium is marketed as Unlimited, however it is subject to a reasonable usage threshold of 12 TB (12,000 GB) per month to ensure fair use and protect network performance for all customers. Usage includes total upload and download activity within the billing cycle. Customers consistently exceeding 12 TB in a billing cycle may experience one or more of the following, at Gearheart Broadband’s discretion: Unlimited usage does not permit commercial resale, server hosting, continuous automated traffic generation, or activities prohibited under Gearheart Broadband’s Acceptable Use Policy. Service performance may vary based on network conditions, time of day, and in-home network environment.
General Terms for Both Plans – All services are governed by Gearheart Broadband’s Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy. Plans, pricing, features, and policies are subject to change without notice. Additional taxes, fees, or regulatory charges may apply. Excessive or abusive usage that negatively impacts network performance may result in corrective action as permitted under applicable service policies. Continued use of service constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms.
