Internet & Data Usage – Business Internet services are designed for commercial and professional use. While many Gearheart Business Internet plans include high-capacity or unlimited data, excessive, continuous, or non-standard usage may be subject to review to ensure network integrity and fair use for all customers. Actual Internet speeds may vary based on network conditions, equipment, wired vs. wireless connections, number of connected devices, and application usage. Managed Wi-Fi performance depends on proper device placement, building materials, and environmental factors.

Business Phone Services – Business voice services are intended for standard commercial calling. Unlimited calling plans are subject to reasonable use policies. International, operator-assisted, directory assistance, toll-free, and premium services may incur additional charges. E-911 service requires electrical power and an active internet connection and may not function during outages unless backup power is in place.

Business TV & Video Services – Business TV packages are licensed for commercial viewing and public display. Channel lineups, features, and availability may vary by location and service tier. A monthly commercial programming or sports surcharge may apply, including a sports viewing fee for establishments that serve alcohol or operate a bar or similar venue. Certain premium channels, pay-per-view events, and streaming apps require additional subscriptions.

Equipment & Installation – Customer-premises equipment (including modems, routers, managed Wi-Fi systems, phone hardware, and TV equipment) may be leased or purchased and remains the property of Gearheart unless otherwise specified. Equipment fees, installation charges, and replacement costs may apply. Customer-owned equipment must meet Gearheart technical specifications for compatibility and performance.

Service Reliability & Maintenance – Gearheart strives to provide reliable service; however, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, weather events, power outages, or circumstances beyond Gearheart’s control. Scheduled maintenance may be performed during off-peak hours whenever possible.

Contracts & Billing – Some Gearheart Business services may require a service agreement or term commitment. Early termination fees may apply if service is canceled prior to the end of the agreed term. Billing cycles, due dates, late fees, and payment requirements are governed by Gearheart’s Business Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use & Compliance – All services are subject to Gearheart’s Acceptable Use Policy. Illegal activity, network abuse, resale without authorization, or actions that impair network performance are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of service.

General – Taxes, regulatory fees, and government-mandated charges are additional and vary by location. Gearheart reserves the right to modify services, pricing, and policies as needed to comply with regulatory requirements or to improve network performance.
